Aaron Daly CEO

Born and raised in New York, Aaron Daly wanted to bring change to his community. He worked hard and became established as a leader. He has taken on the CEO position to make sure our families continue to have a place to come learn, eat, play, and feel safe everyday.

Troy Southwell COO

Born and raised in St. Kitts, Troy Southwell joined Beanstalk Academy with a mission to obtain and retain staff by way of support. He works day in a day out to make sure our staff feel a sense of home while working in our schools.
