Raised in New Jersey, Sam Klein has always been driven by a deep care for Education. A true professional who gets things done, he has consistently transformed challenges into opportunities for growth. Now at the helm as CEO, Sam is committed to fostering an environment where families can learn, play, and feel secure every day and propelling the company forward through innovative strategies and dedicated leadership.

Troy Southwell COO

Born and raised in St. Kitts, Troy Southwell joined Beanstalk Academy with a mission to obtain and retain staff by way of support. He works day in a day out to make sure our staff feel a sense of home while working in our schools.
