Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Ability to leverage business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow Beanstalks Education’s presence in the community, leading to the growth of new families and children in our centers

- Responsible for Facilities Management, Staffing Management, Program Administration and Parental Communication and Involvement.
- Facilities Management- Work with teachers to ensure that all classrooms are safe, attractive and developmentally appropriate.
- Staffing Management -Supervise the overall program including office manager, teachers, teaching assistants, family workers, janitors and cook.
- Program Administration- Ensure compliance with all state and local licensing regulations.
- Parental Communication and Involvement- Familiarize parents with school policies and provide new parents with orientation. Assist parents to plan, facilitate and coordinate services for children with disabilities and behavioral needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- NYS Certification for Early Childhood Education (Birth to Grade 2)
- Student Building Leadership/Student District Leadership Certification (Preferred)
- Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand.
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
- Familiarity with the Creative Curriculum, ECERS and Teaching Strategies Gold

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Lead Teacher
Lead Preschool Teacher positions available in General Day Care, Head Start, 3K and/or UPK Classrooms!

Responsibilities:
- Structure a learning environment that promotes child health and safety
- Plan and lead classroom instruction that is developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of children
- Actively engage with families to ensure parents/caregivers are knowledgeable about the child’s program
- Implement a developmentally appropriate daily schedule, including the incorporation of transitions and age-appropriate opportunities
- Create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for students that is conducive to learning
- Support implementation of behavior plans and/or IFSP/IEP goals, as appropriate

Custodian
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, and elevators
- Perform buffing and polishing of floors as needed
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
